  • Please note that returns are only applicable for regular-priced items, including discounted bundle products and sale items.

Your item must be returned in the same condition you received it – unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.

Processing & shipping time is 1-4 business days.

Domestic orders typically arrive within 2-3 days after they are shipped.

International Shipping

International shipping may be subject to customs or duties. Most international packages are sent First Class International Mail and do not include tracking or delivery confirmation. Customers are responsible for paying all customs fees. International packages may be delayed by customs.

Lost or Stolen Packages

While we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages, we will do our best to help or rectify the situation where possible. Once an order is shipped, it is out of our control. Please consult with your local USPS first to handle the matter.

We are not responsible for, nor do send replacements for orders when the shipping address is entered incorrectly.

Damaged Packages

We will not be held responsible for the shipping of a damaged item back to us if you do not opt for a replacement.

Non-Refundable Fees

Shipping and Handling fees are non-refundable, except in cases where an item is damaged or defective.
